Why We Started WiseDecisions

Every family reaches this moment eventually

There's a point where a phone call changes everything — a fall, a diagnosis, a quiet realization that Mom or Dad needs more support than they used to. And suddenly, families across India are thrown into a search that feels overwhelming: dozens of care homes and home-care services, no way to compare them honestly, and no one to trust for a straight answer.

We built WiseDecisions because we lived this search ourselves, and we knew it could be better.

What we believe

Every elder deserves care that truly fits — not just the nearest option, or the one with the loudest advertising. Finding that fit shouldn't require weeks of confusing phone calls and unanswered questions.

That belief shapes everything about how we've built this platform:

  • Verification comes first. Every care provider on WiseDecisions goes through a real verification process before they ever appear to a family. We'd rather have a smaller, trustworthy list than a large, unreliable one.
  • Your contact details stay private. Providers never see your phone number or email — every conversation happens safely, on our platform, until you choose otherwise.
  • No pressure, no payment walls. Browsing, enquiries, and visit requests are free. We're not in the business of extracting fees from families during their hardest moments.

Where we're headed

This is genuinely just the beginning. We're actively building WiseMatch, a needs-based matching system that will help you find the right fit in minutes instead of weeks — by understanding your loved one's actual care needs, budget, and preferences, not just their location on a map.

We're also expanding beyond care homes into home care services, and building out Essentials — a trusted place to find the everyday products elder care actually requires, without the guesswork of sorting through endless online listings.

Why it matters to us

None of this is abstract for our team. We started WiseDecisions because we believe families facing one of life's hardest transitions deserve clarity, dignity, and someone in their corner — not another confusing marketplace.

We're building the platform we wished existed when we needed it. We hope it helps your family too.
